Trip to Nagasaki / 長崎へのゼミ旅行

1月25日（土）から1月26日（日）まで長崎に行きます。We will go to Nagasaki on the weekend of January 25th and 26th.

I'm not completely sure how much money I will need to collect from each participant but these notes should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.  学生から集めないといけない料金についてはまだはっきりとわかりませんが、次のメモを見てもらえれば、どの程度のお金を用意することになるかについてはだいたいわかってもらえると思います。Please remember, though, that this estimate is based on last year and there may be some small price changes this year.  下に示している金額はあくまでも去年の実績であって、今年は多少の変化がありうることをご理解ください。

It is not necessary to be a member of the seminar to participate.  参加するためにはゼミのメンバーでなければならないということはありません。If we run out of space, I will give preference to those who have committed earliest. 希望者全員を受け入れことができないような場合には、先に参加する意思表示をした学生を優先します。

Nagasaki Itinerary / 旅程

Saturday the 10th of November、11月10日（土曜日）

• Departure from rotary, near main entrance 正門近くのロータリーから出発 (8:00)
• Ferry フェリー (Arrive at Kumamoto Port at 8:45; 8:45に熊本港到着; arrive at Shimabara Port at 10:15; 10:15に島原港着)
• Michi no Eki Mizunashi Honjin 道の駅みずなし本陣 (10:30-10:50)
• Lunch at Kapo Shiro 割烹 城で昼食 (長崎県南島原市南有馬町丁170, 0957-85-2148 (11:30 - 12:00)
• Remains of Hara Castle 原城跡 (12:10 - 12:30)
• Ashiyu at Obama Onsen 小浜温泉の足湯 (1:15 - 1:35)
• Nagasaki Catholic Center Youth Hostel カトリックセンター長崎 (2:50) We will check in and leave our bags here. チェックインして、荷物を起きます。(095-846-4246)
• Oura Cathedral, Glover Garden 大浦天主堂・グラバー園（バスが熊本に戻る）
• Shikairo (champon restaurant)　四海楼でちゃんぽんなど
• View from Mt Inasa 稲佐山から夜景を楽しむ
• Nagasaki Catholic Center Youth Hostel カトリックセンター長崎
 You must return no later than 11:00 PM. どんなに遅くとも11:00までに戻らなければなりません。

Sunday the 11th、 11日（日曜日）

• Breakfast 朝食
 You can buy coffee for 100 yen but food will not be provided. Saturday evening you must buy something to eat in the morning. コーヒーは100円で飲めますが、食べ物はでません。前の日にパンなどを買っておいてください。
• Urakami Cathedral / 浦上天主堂 (Early risers may attend mass until checkout at about 9:30; 早く起きる人は9:00ごろのチェックアウトの時間までミサに参加できます。)
• Peace Park / 平和公園 (We will walk there.  徒歩で行きます。We will meet Mr. Hayasaki, a hibakusha, along the way.  途中で被爆者である早崎猪之助様と一緒になります。)
• Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum 長崎原爆資料館 (We will walk there and remain until about 10:45 or.  徒歩で行き、10:45ごろまでいます。)
• To the trolley to Dejima and/or China Town.  路面電車で出島および中華街に移動。
• Return bus 帰りのバス (3:00発、湊公園から; Leave at 3:00 from Minato Park;  Minato Park is at the end of China Town that is farthest from Urakami, where we stayed)
• Trip ends at Gakuendai 学園大で解散 (18:00)

水俣への誘い

7月14日（土）から7月15日（日）にかけて、このゼミ（マスデン担当の演習III）で水俣に行きますが、仲間を若干増やした方が楽しいと思い、ゼミ生以外の学園大生を誘うためにことページを書いています。 

まず、私たちが計画している水俣への一泊二日の旅行のイメージを掴んていただくためには、下の動画を見ていただければと思います。
これは去年の同じ時期の旅行の写真と動画を組み合わせて作ったものですが、今年の予定は去年と同じです。

日程は「Minamata Trip Schedule」にあり、費用については「水俣旅行の費用」を見てください。1万円は少しだけ超えますが、バス代、温泉旅館での宿泊費、土曜の昼食と夕食や日曜日の朝食などが含まれていることを考えるとかなり安いだろうと思います。

水俣に関する勉強をした上で、留学生やマスデンゼミ所属の日本人学生と遊びながら、水俣・芦北方面の山や海を楽しむことに興味があれば、ぜひ、友達を誘った上で、下のsign-up sheet に必要事項を記入してください。
