Trip to Nagasaki

I am planning to take a group of students to Nagasaki on the 22nd and 23rd of November (Saturday and Sunday). 11月の22日と23日（土日）に学生を長崎へ連れていくことを計画しています。

I'm not completely sure how much money I will need to collect from each participant but these notes from last year should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.  学生から集めないといけない料金についてはまだはっきりとわかりませんが、去年の次のメモを見てもらえれば、どの程度のお金を用意することになるかについてはだいたいわかってもらえると思います。

It is not necessary to be a member of the seminar to participate.  参加するためにはゼミのメンバーでなければならないということはありません。However, if we have more than 28 students who would like to participate, I will give preference to the members of the seminar and exchange students. しかし、希望者が定員の28名より多くなった場合には、ゼミ生や交換留学生を優先します。
