Once you park your bikes you can walk through the supermarket to get back to the main shopping street. 駐輪した後には、スーパーマーケットを通って商店街に戻ることができます。
This restaurant does not open until 6 PM at night and there's an area on the left (not pictured) where there are already some bicycles and I'm sure you can park yours. このレストランは午後6時まで開きませんし、左手にすでに自転車が止まっているところがあります。It's not an official parking lot but I think it's probably OK to park your bikes there. 正式な駐輪場ではありませんが、ここに止めても構わないだろうと思います。
In regard to places where you can eat bentos or other food you buy in kokai, there are a couple of options. 子飼で買う弁当などを食べる場所についてはいくつかの選択肢があります。One is to just eat standing up in front of a shop. 一つは店の前の「立ち食い」です。Another is to take your food to a little park in the area. もう一つは食べ物を近くの公園に持って行って、そこで食べることです。Here's a picture showing the shop that marks the spot where you turn left to get to the park. 次の写真にある店は、公園に行くときに左折するところにあります。
