Here are some questions to discuss in class. 次の質問について授業で話し合いましょう。

1. In Japan, a proposal has been made to lower the voting age from 20 to 18. 日本で、選挙に投票できる年齢を20歳から18歳に引き下げることが提案されている。Do you approve of this proposal? この提案に賛成か？ 
2. Do you consider yourself to be an "adult"? 自分のことを「大人」だと考えていますか？
3. Are you basically satisfied with life now.  今は、生活に基本的に満足していますか？
4. Are you interested in politics in your country?  自分の国の政治に関心がありますか？
5. Do you think that your generation can have and impact on society?  自分の世代は社会に影響を与えられると思いますか？
6. Are you pleased with the direction your society (the society in your country) is moving?  自分の国の社会の方向性はだいたい良いと思いますか？
7. Do you trust middle-aged people to make the right choices for your country's society? あなたの国の社会にとって正しい選択をするという意味で、中年の人たちを信頼していますか？
8. Has anything in the news made you angry recently? 最近、ニュースを見ていて、「腹が立つ」と思ったことありますか？
9. Is there are topic that relates to the larger society about which you feel strongly?  社会全体と関連のあるようなテーマの中に、強い関心を持っているものはありますか？
