Discussion topics

I think we need to change topics. 　テーマを変える必要があるように思います。The problem is that there is too much agreement so it's difficult to have a good discussion.  意見の違いがあまりないのでディスカッションが盛り上がらないことが問題だと思います。

I would suggest communication.  コミュニケーションはどうでしょうか？ If you have experienced friction related to communication issues (what was said, how it was said, what was not said, who was told, who was not told, etc) please consider writing about it in your blog.  コミュニケーション関連の問題を経験したことがあれば（言われたこと、その言われ方、言われなかったこと、だれがだれに伝えたかや伝えなかったかなど）、そのことについてブログで書きませんか。
