Departure for Nagasaki

We will leave from the Rotary area in front of the university gymnasium at 8:15 on Saturday the 27th. Come about 10 minutes early (8:05 or so) to make sure we can leave at 8:15. It will be an absolute disaster if we miss the ferry that we have to catch an hour later at Kumamoto Port.
27日の土曜日の朝の8:15に学園大の体育館前のロータリー付近から出発します。8:15に出られるように、10分ほど早目に来てください。万が一フェリーに遅れてしまったら、悲惨な状況になります。なお、熊本港までのバスは学園大のマイクロバスです。島原に迎えに来てもらうバスには全員が乗れますが、学園大のマイクロバスはもう一回り小さいですので、何なんかに直接熊本港に行ってもらえれば助かります。

The ferry leaves at 9:25 but it will take us a little while to buy tickets and get on board so we need to leave a little early. フェリーは9:25に出ることになっていますが、チケット購入等に少し時間がかかりますので、遅くとも9:00までについてください。留学生は全員バスで熊本に行くと思いますが、日本人の皆さんについては学園大のバスの乗るか、直接熊本港に行くかを教えてほしいと思います。25名以上の団体割引で搭乗券を買いますが、全員がそろうまでは動きがとれないかも知れないので、遅刻がないようにしてください。そして絶対に絶対にフェリーに乗り遅れるようなことがないように、十分に余裕を持って出かけてくださいね。

When we arrive in Shimabara we will get on a bus the will probably have only one extra seat -- it will be very full. 島原から乗るバスはほぼ満杯になります。The is no place on this bus for large suitcases. 大きなスーツケースなどを置くような場所がこのバスにはありません。Please limit what you bring as much as possible and place your things in a soft bag that can be stored easily on the shelf above your seat of at your feet. 持ってくるものを最小限にして、席の上の棚か足下にしまいやすいようなやわらかいバグに入れて持ってきてください。
