Return bus

This message is about our return bus from Nagasaki.  今回のメールは、長崎から帰りのバスについてです。

I have made reservations for 26 people (all of us) on the bus that leaves Nagasaki at 2:50 (14:50) and arrives in Kumamoto at the 6:03 (18:03). 長崎発が14:50で熊本交通センター着が18:03のバスに乗車できるよう、26人分（全員）の予約をしました。However, if you and your friends would like to stay a little longer, you can make a reservation for a later bus.  しかし、もっと後に長崎を出るバスが良ければ、自分で自分の分の予約をしてもいいです。You need to tell me, though, that you will be riding on a later bus as soon as possible.  I will need to cancel your reservation and last minute cancelations are a serious problem for the bus company.  もしそうするなら、できるだけ早目に私に伝える必要があります。あなたの予約を私の方からキャンセルしますが、ぎりぎりになってからのキャンセルはバス会社やバスを利用したい他のお客さんにとって迷惑ですので・・・
